The Cossack Squat shows you have some hamstring, groin and ankle mobility. Test it cold then spend a minute on each drill for 2 rounds and retest. You'll be shocked at how much extra range you can get in a single session. If you don't have a weight to use for counter balance you can use a pole or a rope or something similiar. Working these drills are great for general lower body mobility regardless if the Cossack Squat is your goal or not. Let me know how you go!
